3 Days /2 Night

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali – Rwanda and transfer to Kisoro - Uganda

Upon arrival in Kigali-, Rwanda, you will embark on a city tour of Kigali. Visit local sights including the craft market, Gisozi genocide memorial & Kigali museum. Later on have lunch enroute at a local restaurant as you continue to the Cyanika border, where you cross into Uganda.
Accomodation: Travellers Rest Hotel or similar. Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and Batwa (pygmies) cultural experience

This morning after your breakfast, you will embark on the wildlife adventure of a lifetime trekking the mountain gorillas of Mgahinga National Park. Having a close encounter with these gentle giants is a memorable experience.

In the afternoon, enjoy a cultural tour to the Batwa (pygmy) community. You will be treated to demonstrations of history, dance and hunting techniques of old.
Accommodation: Travellers Rest Hotel or similar. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Golden Monkey trekking and transfer to Kigali for outbound flight.

Today you will trek the golden monkeys of Uganda. These cheeky primates are a joy to watch as they leap from branches with great agility.

In the afternoon, depart with your guide back to Kigali where you continue with your own onward flight arrangements.
