The 52-day East African treasure embarks on a captivating journey through Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya. Starting in Uganda, the adventure unfolds with the bustling city tour of Kampala, the enchanting Sipi Falls, cultural immersion with the Sebei tribe, and explorations in Moroto and Karamojong villages. The journey continues to Kidepo National Park, the majestic Murchison Falls, the conservation efforts at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, and the lush landscapes of Kibale Forest.
The expedition takes a wildlife turn with visits to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Bwindi National Park, and Mgahinga National Forest, offering encounters with diverse ecosystems and the iconic mountain gorillas. A flight from Entebbe sets the stage for the Tanzanian leg of the safari, featuring the expansive Serengeti, the unique Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the tranquil Lake Nyasi, and the cultural riches of Moshi and the Chagga tribe.
Tanzanian wonders unfold further with visits to waterfalls and coffee plantations, the rejuvenating Kikuletwa Hot Springs, before transferring to Nairobi, Kenya. The Kenyan chapter kicks off with a city tour in Nairobi, wildlife sightings at Nairobi National Park, cultural insights in Umoja Village, and the breathtaking Lake Nakuru Park.
The adventure continues to Lake Naivasha, the geothermal wonders of Hell’s Gate National Park, and the grand finale at the world-renowned Masai Mara Game Reserve. After clearing customs at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our company representative who will then transfer you to your hotel in Kampala for overnight.
After an early breakfast, your guide will pick you from your hotel in Kampala and drive you around Kampala where you will tour the city and its religious attractions. These include;
NamugongoMartryrs Shrine: The Basilica of the Uganda Martyrs is a Roman Catholic minor basilica dedicated to the Ugandan Martyrs who shed their blood because of the Christian faith
Gadhafi Mosque: this is the third biggest mosque in Africa and one of Col. Gaddafi’s legacy in Uganda.
Visit local markets.
Idi Amin Palace and Torture Site: Famously known as the “Lubiri Palace”, this is the first modern in Uganda. And the torture chambers of Idi Amin on the palace grounds
Visit the art and crafts market in Kampala: You will get to visit one of the biggest crafts markets in Kampala. While here, you will get to buy some art, crafts and other souvenirs that will remind you of your visit to the Pearl of Africa
Later you will have lunch at a local restaurant; Kampala is a town full of culinary wonders. You will get to taste some of the eclectic cuisine of the region including Uganda’s local foods. After lunch, the afternoon is yours to relax and enjoy.
Later in the evening, you will get to enjoy cultural dance performances at Ndere centre.
This morning, you will have breakfast and transfer to Jinja. Jinja is located at the northern end on Lake Victoria in South Eastern Uganda. It enjoys a very pleasant climate with great temperatures. There is a wide range of optional activities to enjoy while here. And some of these include visiting the source of the Nile River, Jinja city tour to mention but a few. Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Esuubi Foundation where you will get a chance to know about the projects they are involved in and probably get a chance to donate as well.
After your breakfast, you will be transferred to Sipi Falls, located on the slopes of Mountain Elgon National Park. Sipi Falls offers stunning scenery and beautiful waterfalls. In the afternoon you go for a guided walk to see three of the water falls close up. Later on return to the lodge for dinner and overnight
This morning, you will get to visit the Sebei and get to learn of their ways of living. They are known for their trademark of female genital mutilation although they circumsize men too. If you are a coffee lover, you will get to experience the local coffee ceremony with the Sebei tribe.
After having breakfast, we leave the stunning views of Sipi Falls in the morning and start the journey to Moroto during our Cultural& wildlife Uganda safari. We continue our journey off the beaten track by going through the tribes, hopping for a market day to visit the tribes. It’s a very remote area with a scenic reserve, local people, markets in the most un-touched area and remote village set up as the highlights.
After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to visit the Karamajongs. This is not a sightseeing tour, but a participatory experience with the option to stay a night in a traditional hut (known as manyatta) in the village (homestay). The traditional Karamoja village tour and homestay possibility are all about sharing the rich cultural heritage of the Karamojong by participating in various domestic activities. We introduce you into the culture by taking you to the beating heart of the community and invite you to participate in daily life activities. From preparing local foods to celebrations with traditional folklore, this will be an unforgettable journey. Experience well known Karamojong pastoral life by help bringing the cows to the kraal, milking the cows, herding, learn how to identify local greens, experience traditions as spearing a cow for blood to drink and eat roasted and get your own Karamojong name.
Depart for game drives in Kidepo Valley National Park, one of Africa’s best kept secrets with raw wilderness, trees lined Kidepo River, in search for wild game such as African Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Elands, Ostriches and leopards, tortoises along the way. Later in the afternoon, you can choose to relax at the hotel or have a guided nature walk through the park and return to the hotel for overnight.
After breakfast, have morning and afternoon game drives to search for Kidepo’s exclusive wildlife such as Ostriches, hartebeest, Roan antelopes and many woodland birds. Have lunch and relax by the lodge.
After breakfast, your guide will drive you to Murchison Falls National park having lunch en-route. Murchison Falls National Park is home of game including Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hartebeests, Giraffes and a heaven of antelopes. Check in at the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you will go for an early morning game drive to the rolling plains where you have chances of viewing Lions, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Buffalo and Elephant as well as many of the other mammals of the park. For the birders amongst you, these areas support the Secretary Bird, Black Chested Snake Eagle, Tawny and Marshal Eagles Carmine and Swallow Tailed Bee-Eaters, to pick just a few. This is a beautiful drive across Borassus Palm Forest and grassland Savannah down to Lake Albert where the Albert Nile heads north to the Sudan.
In the afternoon, go for a boat trip to the foot of Murchison Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap, or down river to the delta where the Nile empties into Lake Albert. This is an experience not to be missed! The banks of the Nile are home to many species. You may see huge Nile Crocodiles, big Pods of Hippos and other wildlife that may come down to drink from the river.
Optional activities: Balloon safari over the savannah park, bush breakfast.
This morning you will visit the top of the falls then later drive to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary inNakasongola to view the Rhinos and overnight there as well. Uganda’s Rhinos became extinct in the early 1980s, after a period of civil unrest and heavy poaching. This sanctuary has now been established to breed white rhinos, and restore Rhino populations in Uganda’s protected areas in a later stage.
After breakfast, you will proceed to Kibale Forest National Park for overnight.This Park is home to some 13 species of primates including the red colobus monkeys, chimpanzees and L'Hoest's monkeys as well as 70 mammal species.
Optional activities:
Crater Lakes Hike: Formed by ancient volcanic activity, the crater lakes of Uganda are located near Fort Portal, and are a great hiking option. Typical hikes take you through local villages and tea plantations, to the base of several of these incredibly serene and beautiful lakes. With the Rwenzori Mountains in the background, this is by far one of Uganda’s most peaceful and extraordinary sights.
This morning after your breakfast, you will head to the meeting point where you will be briefed and then head to the forest for your habituation experience. A habituation experience gives you an insight into the lives of these amazing animals that few get to experience. Once contact is made, you get to spend up to four hours with these primates.
Later on you will return to the lodge for dinner and a warm shower/ bath will be much needed and well-deserved!
This day will be spent relaxing and if possible get to engage in some optional activities.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will go for Chimpanzee tracking along the network of forest trails. Seeing habituated chimps squabbling and swinging from the trees is an exhilarating experience. Later in the afternoon you will have the opportunity to visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, which is rich in bird species, vegetation, and wildlife. This is also a great opportunity to support local tourism initiatives which benefit social and economic development in the area.
This morning, you will get to visit the cultural sites of the Batooro tribe like the kings palace and later continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, through volcanic crater lakes, and on a clear day one can see the famous “Mountains of the Moon”, The Rwenzori Mountains. This park which boasts one of the highest biodiversity ratings of any game park or reserve in the world and also Uganda’s second largest National Park, the 1,978 sq km has everything from open savannah to rain forest. Queen Elizabeth has over 100 mammal species, and an astounding 606 bird species, making it a premier safari destination. Have a game drive while entering the park and later go for another evening game drive and overnight at your lodge.
Enjoy a morning game drive in the Queen Elizabeth National Park whose diverse ecosystems include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, that make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, primates and over 600 species of birds.
Set against the backdrop of the jagged Rwenzori Mountains, the park’s magnificent vistas include dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills and the panoramic views of the Kazinga Channel. You will get to visit the communities around and learn about their ways of living. Get to do some fishing on the lake
Return to the lodge for lunch and later,You will take a boat trip on the Kazinga Channel, 32 Kms long followed by a game drive. This water system has the highest concentration of Hippos in the world and you will get quite close to them. See also crocodiles, buffalos and other game that drink from the channel, also marvel at the abundant ornitho-life that is supported here.
Have a game drive before heading to the lodge for dinner.
oday you proceed to Ishasha, home to the famed tree climbing lions. The lions are located in the Southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, and are best seen in the early hours of the morning. Have a game drive before stopping for lunch, and another game drive in the afternoon before dinner.
Today you will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for two nights. Bwindi is a home to over half of the world’s mountain gorilla population. Interacting with these gentle giants is one of the most moving experiences that Africa has to offer and should not be missed! The ancient rainforest of Bwindi spans 321 sq km and boasts 90 mammal species, including a range of primates, as well as 23 Albertine Rift endemic bird species, including the African Green Broadbill, the Bar Tailed Trogon and many others. Relax in the evening and get ready for the following day’s activity.
Today after an energizing breakfast, you will embark on your gorilla trek. Before 8 am report to the ranger station for registration and briefing by one of the rangers; the guides will then lead you through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. The trek can take anywhere from half an hour to 7 hours – a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking boots. It is an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas.
Later in the afternoon, you will have lunch at the lodge and then transfer to Kisoro for overnight.
This morning after breakfast, you will drive to the Park and head to the briefing point for these species. Golden monkeys are one of Uganda's 20 primate species. It is found in Mgahinga Gorilla National park which is part of the Virunga Mountains where it is endemic. Compared with other monkey species, the golden monkeys are gorgeous in appearance and lovely to behold.
This morning after breakfast, you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi (“Place of many little birds”) is the perfect place to stop for a break. The serene lake is rumored to be the deepest in Africa, reaching depths of 900 meters. The lake stretches around 25 km in length and 7 meters wide, with 29 islands scattered throughout. Although it can be very tempting to just sit by the water and soak up the sun, having a canoe boat ride on the lake is an amazing experience.
This morning after your lovely breakfast, you will get to engage in Quad biking through the awesome hills plus enjoying the opportunity of Zip lining on the Lake. Have lunch, while you enjoy the stunning views of Lake Bunyonyi at the lodge.
The adventure continues as you spend two nights at Lake Mburo National Park.
The 371 sq km park is an extension of the Tanzanian Plains and has distinctly different fauna compared to other Ugandan parks. It is the best place in the country to see Eland Antelope, Zebra, Topi, Impala, and Acacia. The five lakes within the park attract hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds, while fringing swamps hide black and yellow papyrus gonalek. Arriving in the park for lunch you can rest before exploring the park on game drive for the rest of the afternoon.
Optional Activities:
Horseback Riding Safaris: What better way to explore the park than on horseback! Horseback riding safaris are available for various times and are suitable for all levels of riders including the non-experienced.
Boat Safari: Take a cruise along Lake Mburo which is home to dense populations of hippos and crocodiles.
Cycling trips are also available on request
After your breakfast, you will either relax or get to engage in traditional activities then later on, proceed to Entebbe having lunch enroute. You will stop at the Equator-where you will be able to stand in both hemispheres simultaneously. Arrive in the evening then get to relax, have dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Please note that regarding PCR test issues, in case of anything, this is the perfect day to do the test while at the hotel.

This morning you will have breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Tanzania.
Upon arrival, you will have a meet and greet by our Company Representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Moshi for overnight.
Have breakfast at the hotel and then depart with packed lunches to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
You will arrive at your Lodge with game drives en route. You will later have dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Four full days in the Serengeti with flexible schedule and unlimited mileage. As you crest the hillside, spread out before you, as far as the eyes can see, is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti mean 'endless plains' in Kiswahili and this 6,900 sq. mile (18,000 sq. km) park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thompsons gazelles. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat eared foxes, mongoose, honey badger, jackals, monkeys, baboons and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds.On the way into the Serengeti, option to stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge, where Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made their discovery of the first man that walked the earth. After attending a short lecture describing the archaeological digs and geology of the gorge, you'll have time to visit the small museum. Afternoon game drives en-route to campsite.Dinner and overnight at your hotel or lodge.
You will rise early for a sunrise game drive where you will see animals at their most active and witness an African sunrise. After the drive you will return to the hotel for brunch. After your meal you will check-out and begin your trip to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area passing via the Olduvai Gorge. Upon arrival you will descend to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. With walls 2,000 ft high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 square miles, it is a virtual Noah's Ark, inhabited by the greatest concentration of wildlife on the planet, including the rare black rhino. Once on the floor you will see a river and several swamps full of flamingo. The large bull elephants have extremely large tusk, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. Later in the afternoon you will ascend backup the crater rim possibly take a walking safari in the highlands before you check-in at the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
After an early morning breakfast you will checkout and descend to the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing. You will stop for a picnic lunch near the hippo lake and then enjoy more wildlife viewing. In the late afternoon you will drive up the steep road, out of the crater, and travel to the Lake Eyasi. In the evening you will check-in at the Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will join the Hadzabebushmen for a demonstration of hunting techniques just for us. Far from being a mere performance, this reveals a great deal about their everyday lives when they must hunt for animals to feed their families. You will see firsthand how the Hadzabe use distinctive motions and even the body parts of certain animals to lure their prey close enough that they can be brought down with hand-crafted poisons.
Later in the afternoon, you will get to enjoy a boat ride on Lake Eyasi. A variety of bird and mammal life is on display, occasionally even flamingos and hippos call the lake home.
You will rise early and enjoy a morning sunrise game drive. After the drive you will return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will check-out and make your way through Tarangire National Park to Moshi which is at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will arrive in the evening where you will check-in at your hotel, enjoy a hot meal and settle in for your overnight stay.
After your breakfast, you will head out for a visit to the chagga caves. These are found at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. You will get to learn more about the lifestyle of the Chagga people and how they protect themselves from attacks of the Masai. A hike to the waterfalls is worth it plus a visit to the coffee plantations.
Return to the lodge for overnight.
This day, you will get to enjoy a day trip in this hidden gem. This beautiful oasis is surrounded by a little jungle that awaits you to enjoy while swimming. Return to the hotel for overnight and relaxation.
This morning, you will have breakfast then head out to Nairobi for a city tour. Lots to enjoy while in this amazing African city.You will get to visit craft markets, the giraffe center, Sheldrick animal orphanage, enjoy a Nainami tour to mention but a few.
After breakfast, you will head to Nairobi National Park for a game drive. This park lies within sight of Nairobi city, and animals can be seen against a backdrop of high-rise buildings. The park’s proximity to a large urban center is unique in Africa and wildlife viewing is surprisingly good. Most big safari animals are present (except elephants). There is a small walk at the entrance leading through indigenous forest, and several wildlife enclosures. Enjoy game drives, lunch and later head back to the hotel for overnight.
This morning after breakfast, you will drive to Samburucounty where Umoja village is located. This is an approximately 5+ hours drive. You will have lunch enroute and later check in in at the campsite.
This morning, you will embark on the village tour, where you will get to enjoy their huts and manyattas and their ways of living plus history. You will get to enjoy their cultural food and dances which you will participate in as well.
Today we travel to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Great Rift Valley. After lunch an exciting game run is planned for the afternoon. The game in this park is plentiful and the magnificent bird watching will make a devotee out of even the most reluctant. The Park is a home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lake-shores in to a magnificent pink stretch. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 bird’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the limited places in Africa to see the white Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. You will also get to enjoy a boat ride on the Lake
After breakfast you will check out and travel to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive at the lake in the afternoon and check-in at the Hotel. After you check-in you will enjoy lunch and then take off for an exciting game drive. Lake Naivasha is the only freshwater lake in the Great Rift Valley. There is an optional boat ride available during your afternoon activities. The cost is not included in the package. In the evening, you will return to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast you will drive to Hell's Gate National Park. Although known primarily for its landscape, a variety of animals including buffalo and antelope and a variety of birds can be seen in the park. There are no predators or dangerous large game in the park. Your tour begins when you will trade your safari vehicle for a bike and begin your journey pedaling through the park. Don't worry, the safari vehicle will drive behind you to ensure that you have got a place to rest, should you get too tired. You will visit the spectacular Fisher's Tower where the adventurous can ascend to the top. Equipment can be rented and all climbers are guided by local professionals. You will take a scenic ride to the famous Hell's Gate Gorge where you can walk and climb your way through the distinctive terrain that helped inspire Disney's famous animated motion picture, “The Lion King”. Later in the evening you will return to the hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
This morning we drive through the dramatic Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Lunch at our Lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game run.
The Mara Game Reserve-one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Large mammals are varied, and easy to see. Residents among the Park's are: Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousand of plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, both Thomson's and grants Gazelles.
During your stay you will also have the opportunity to engage in these activities
A visit to a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.
